What: A workshop (3h) about how to prevent stress and, if you already suffer from stress, how to deal with it. Do you (sometimes) suffer from stress?

Would you like to know how to effectively prevent (work) stress and increase your energy levels? Building on your strengths, on the tasks that you enjoy and on the tasks that you consider to be meaningful is a crucial strategy to keep you motivated, engaged and effective at work, and this will help to prevent stress and burn-out symptoms and to create more balance in your life. In this workshop you will be introduced to stress management insights and discover how these insights could help you.
